Flat Iron Grill was born out of Chef Sean Quinn’s passion for high-quality, creative dining. After cooking his way through Argentina, Sean brought back the bold flavors and unique cuts of meat that inspired him. The staff here is very nice and friendly- a shout out to our server Colin who was also bartending. The liquor list is quite extensive, including whiskies. For our starter we had the roasted bone marrow- 2 large bones with toast points. Very flavorful, rich and filling.

Locals are familiar with this place. I went for an event in their private room. This room is conveniently located as you enter the restaurant. Food was served swiftly. Appetizers including the cheese plate, FIGlets, Camarones and empanadas were delectable. My favorite was the empanadas. Quinoa had the right texture and crunch and the arugula with the raisins round out the flavors along with the cheese. Steak was done perfectly and the accompanying mashed potatoes was wonderfully creamy. Mushrooms are not my go to normally, but they were cooked "just right". Getting dessert? The cheesecake was awesome...not too sweet.

Everyone loved their food, mostly ordered eggs Benedict's which they have many different yummy types. The turkey, Brie apple sandwich was really good too. Vanessa handled all the details before hand so I didn't have to worry about a thing! Heather took care of us once the event started and made sure things ran smoothly!
