Flat Iron Grill was born out of Chef Sean Quinn’s passion for high-quality, creative dining. After cooking his way through Argentina, Sean brought back the bold flavors and unique cuts of meat that inspired him. Today, we’re proud to serve Issaquah and the surrounding communities including Sammamish with our signature Northwest Steak & Seafood House, infused with a South American twist.
