The Flat Iron Grill Restaurant and Bar is located in the heart of Gilman Village. A unique Issaquah, WA restaurant in the shadow of the gorgeous Washington Cascade Mountains, Flat Iron Grill is most prominently a Northwest steak and seafood dining experience featuring South American influences. We’re thrilled to have taken over the old Iris Grill, utilizing the unique and cozy confines featuring our unique bar, outdoor dining on our deck, and full rooms for private dining and events. We have lunch and dinner daily. Our bar is filled with a robust wine list focusing primarily on Northwest wines, and also featuring California, South American and Spanish wines. We also have a unique and comprehensive Whiskey Library.
Our Happy hour features all items at $3.00 off from 2pm – 6pm and 9pm to close daily. This includes our steak salad, clams and chorizo and our Village Burger with blue cheese, brioche, smoked bacon, tomato, charred rosemary aioli and fries.
