Founded in 2005 by wine maker Darby English the Winery is located in “The Warehouse District” of Woodinville, Washington. In their first production year they produced a Syrah and a roussanne/viognier blend that quickly sold out. Darby focuses on finding shy-bearing vinyards and low intervention winemaking techeniques to produce wines of elegance and balance. They appreciate being a part of the Washington Wine Industry as it continues to grow and are excited for you to try what they have to offer here at Flat Iron Grill.
